1. Scope of Terms
These general conditions of sale apply to contracts of sale with private clients through the website 9Seasons. 9Seasons reserves the right to change terms at any time without notice.The conditions prevailing at the time of order are authentic. The customer confirms having read and accepted the conditions in approving the order.
2. Prices ans special offers
Prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF). The value added tax (VAT) is included in the price.The shipping fees are extra. 9seasons does not support any other import fees or duties for orders outside Switzerland. Prices are subject to change at any time and are valid at the time of order. The promotions of limited duration are clearly marked and availability is not guaranteed.
Orders are processed within the best time, maximum 2 working days of receipt of payment. Items not in stock have a delay between 1-4 weeks of treatment before being sent to the client. The delivery time to the customer is the one by Swiss Post parcel B, between 2-3 business days and parcel A, 1 working day. For international orders, the delay is usually between 4 and 10 days. All these times are approximate. 9Seasons undertakes to inform the client by email if more time is needed. 9Seasons disclaims any responsibility for any delay in delivery due to postal service and lost or broken during transport. The customer must immediately inform 9Seasons and claim directly to the Office of the Post.
The rates of deliveries are by weight, slightly increased covering participation in handling. 9Seasons offers free shipping for purchases over 100 CHF, send your package against signing from 500 CHF and with additional insurance from 1500 CHF. These services cover the responsibility ensured by Swiss Post.
The pick up of your order at 9Seasons home is also available by prior arrangement, in this case, no fees will be added. The payment on the spot will be cash only.
All orders unpaid online and no appointment booked after 7 days from the order date, will be cancelled.
4. Warranty, exchange and credit note
The customer must immediately examine the goods upon receipt and notify 9Seasons immediately if defects are found. Only after approval from 9Seasons, the return of the item will be your responsibility and you will be refunded. If the item is still available, it will be replaced and sent without charge.
The customer has 5 days to return any items ordered, unworn, unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging. The delivery date shall prevail and return costs are borne by the customer. After receiving the items, a credit note will be applied to the customer's account on 9Seasons' website or as purchase voucher only (no reimbursement).
If you want a fitting arrangement for multiple items, thank you for contacting us. Each case will be processed individually and as far as possible.
A return exchange is possible as long as the items are available and will be treated free of charge.
The articles worn, incomplete or damaged will not be credited or exchanged.
On confirmation of the order, the customer has the options to pay online with the credit cards, the PostCard, PostFinance, bank transfer (on request) or to pay on pick up time at 9Seasons home with prior appointment.
The payments are secure online with PostFinance system. An encrypted link is established with payment platform chosen and all your data can only be seen by SSL.
Personal information provided by clients 9Seasons are used solely to process orders and tracked. The newsletter subscription is optional and may be canceled at any time. Under no circumstances shall this data will be transmitted to third parties.
9Seasons disclaims any liability resulting from improper use of items ordered.
Articles submitted by 9Seasons comply with Swiss law in force.
These conditions are subject to Swiss law. The forum is home to the headquarters of 9Seasons. In case of dispute, both sides will first resolve amicably any dispute that may arise.
